Letting Anger Be As It Is.

So, say, anger is the data stream. By letting the anger be as it is without getting into who has done what to whom, we settle automatically into discernment, clarity, insight and other skillful means, rather than the storyline of the anger. This is very, very powerful. In the first short moment we immediately see that it’s beneficial. The first short moment provides immediate beneficial potency; this is very clear to us. However, trust in this moment-to-moment beneficial potency grows, because we see how our qualities and activities of mind, speech and body change. We see how powerful our qualities and activities become.
